Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deal Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure premium commercial real estate opportunities across Dubai. • Asset Specialization: Work across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including offices, retail units, warehouses, showrooms, plots, and entire buildings. • Transaction Management: Manage the entire deal lifecycle from initial inquiry, property inspections, and complex negotiations to successful closing. • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor providing data-driven market insights, rental comparisons (RERA index), location analysis, and strategic ROI recommendations. • Network Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, landlords, business owners, developers, and external agencies. • Niche Development: Define and dominate a specific commercial niche (e.g., industrial, plots, retail, or premium office spaces) to meet sales, leasing, and listing targets.
