Responsibilities
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) or other HR certification is preferred • Strength in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, process development, analytical skill, and problem solving. • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate business strategy into P&O strategy. • Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leadership as well as strong rapport quickly and broadly across a global customer team. • Experience working in a matrixed organization preferably in a global environment. • Fluent in the English language. • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. • Advanced proficiency using applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
