Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Employee Services, Recruiting Operations, or a related field. • Experience supporting employees or candidates in a customer-facing support environment. • Experience working with HR systems and workplace tools such as Workday, Ashby, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar platforms. • Strong attention to detail and experience managing employee data and documentation with accuracy. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes. • Experience working within a helpdesk, ticketing, or shared-services model. • Familiarity with HR compliance, records management, and audit support. • Experience creating documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base content. • Interest in using AI, automation, and technology to improve operational efficiency. • Experience supporting globally distributed teams. • All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
