• Based in Dubai or London ideally • 7 + years of experience in high growth-environment such as startups, marketing, fintechs • Exceptional knowledge and networks among the Central Asia diaspora in the UAE, Europe, and around the world (UK, US, Canada, and Australia) • Strong business development/sales/marketing/analytical background • Experience with paid marketing activities • Having contacts with Central Asian influencers and celebrities is a plus • Strong relationships with local banks and fintech players in Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Armenia, etc..) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Passion for working with and for migrant communities • Resourceful and has the ability to get things done. Also doing “more” with “less” • Fluency in English and Russian, written and spoken, is a must • Outgoing - you love speaking to people and enjoy building meaningful relationships • Execution Oriented - we have an ‘impact first’ philosophy and a lot to get done.
