Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in both frontend and backend development • Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL) • Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Node.js and frontend) • Experience with modern frameworks such as React • Methodology & Process • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Familiarity with Agile practices such as backlog grooming, sprint estimation, and continuous integration • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance coding, code review, and debugging workflows • Strong client- and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Good communication skills (Intermediate English or above) • Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. Responsibilities
