Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience within Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Delivery roles within FX, CFDs, fintech, or financial services • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field • Strong experience managing workflows, stakeholder coordination, and campaign delivery across global teams • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, reporting tools, and marketing workflows • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones within a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of trading platforms, financial products, and the Forex/CFD industry • Exposure to AI and automation tools within marketing operations is advantageous
