Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operations roles in technical or data-driven environments. • Strong ability to coordinate and automate complex workflows involving multiple teams and stakeholders. • Experience designing or improving operational processes, tooling, or automation that increase team efficiency. • Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and introduce scalable process improvements. • Comfort operating in fast-growing environments where processes and team structures evolve over time. • Experience improving operational workflows through automation, AI tools, and internal tooling. • Nice to have: experience working with data science, experimentation, or machine learning teams.
