Requirements
• To excel in this role, you’ll also need: • Experience in risk and control frameworks and compliance with regulatory standards specifically in relation to financial crime, especially in relation to outsourcing of those controls • Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high level of quality and competency • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Self-starter, able to work independently when needed, and to prioritise tasks • Ability to communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders and customers • Strong attention to detail and good judgement • Regretfully we are not able to sponsor applicants for immigration purposes at the current time. • What makes a great ClearBank team member? Responsibilities
• Support the completion of the Financial Crime Systems and Controls Assessments for all new Embedded Banking relationships in accordance with policies, standards, and procedures • Ensuring and overseeing ongoing compliance with all internal policies, standards, industry guidance and regulations • Support the collation of internal and external Key Risk Indicators enabling data driven performance monitoring • Act as a secretary for all Embedded Banking Partner financial crime governance sessions - taking ownership deck submissions, minutes and action cascades • Building and maintaining relationships with Embedded Banking Partners and internal stakeholders across the business to meet role objectives and deliver key activities
