Requirements

• Background in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or financial services marketing. • Experience working alongside an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework. • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for basic social media asset creation. • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Webinar Program Execution & Operations (Primary) • End-to-End Production: Own the lifecycle of the company's webinar program, ensuring seamless technical execution from initial platform setup through live production and on-demand publishing within ON24. • Campaign Operations: Build and manage webinar registration pages, automated multi-touch promotional emails, and post-event nurture sequences in HubSpot. Ensure clean campaign tracking and attribution within Salesforce. • Audience Acquisition & Promotion: Partner with Demand Gen and ABM teams to deploy targeted promotion plays—using 6sense segments and AI-assisted outreach—to drive target ICP accounts to register. • Speaker & Executive Management: Lead speaker preparation, including tech checks, run-of-show alignment, and pre-event briefings, working directly with executive leadership and external industry experts. • Sales Alignment: Equip BDR and AE teams with promotional materials, invite templates, and real-time registration data to drive sales-led attendance and fast post-event follow-up. • Funnel Reporting: Track and report on webinar performance across the full funnel, including registration sources, attendee-to-pipeline conversion rates, and on-demand engagement to optimize future programs. • Social Content & Calendar: Manage the corporate social media calendar, creating and curating engaging content across active brand channels to build share of voice in the financial and compliance space. • Employee Advocacy: Administer the Sprout Social employee advocacy program—curating the internal content feed and driving platform adoption across the sales team to expand organic reach. • Community Engagement: Act as the operational touchpoint for the Third Party Think Tank online community, utilizing the group to organically promote upcoming events and foster discussion around key webinar topics. • Program Management & Budgeting • Strategic Updates: Provide regular performance updates and data-driven optimization recommendations to demand generation leadership. • Budget & ROI Accountability: Manage program budgets, event expenditures, and platform vendor relationships with strict accountability to ROI. • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of owning webinar execution, digital events, or demand generation campaigns. • Hands-on platform experience with ON24 (or a closely comparable enterprise webinar platform). • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce, including practical experience building landing pages, email workflows, and tracking campaign performance metrics (routing, registration pacing, and basic pipeline attribution). • Executive presence, showcasing exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated comfort coaching and managing executive-level speakers. • AI tool literacy, with experience using modern marketing AI tools to accelerate copywriting, build automated promotion sequences, and streamline daily operational tasks. • Flawless project management and an obsessive attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple event timelines, speaker schedules, and asset deadlines simultaneously.
