• Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools. Continuously reassess what's working. The talent we need does not sit in obvious places, and the methods that worked last quarter may not work today. • Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials. • Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage. You're their main point of contact, and how you manage that relationship matters. • Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS. • Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively — not just when asked. Sourcing in a silo is sourcing that fails. • ## What We Value • You generate solutions, not excuses. When the search stalls, you rebuild the approach, not the timeline. • You are data-driven about your pipeline and honest about what's working. Intuition matters.
