Requirements
• Experience supporting onsite office operations and employees in a dynamic work environment • Proven experience in Human Resources\, including employee relations, performance management, and HR business partnering responsibilities • Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced and evolving business environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to succeed in a “start up” environment with minimal supervision and remote support/management • Good organizational and time management skills • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task • Equipment Knowledge: • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Experience with Google Business Suite (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms. etc.) preferred • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) preferred • Ability to use, copier, computer and other office-related equipment • Generally requires a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Human Resources supporting various levels of Human Resources and department management • Prior experience working within a highly diverse, multinational company culture, with a proven ability to support and navigate diverse workforces across multiple regions and cultures • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work experience equivalent.
