Responsibilities
• Own a meaningful subset of product surfaces end-to-end and ship meaningful code weekly. • Turn priorities into clear execution plans: milestones, sequencing, owners, and ETAs. • Coordinate dependencies proactively with Paolo and the engineering lead so launches do not surprise anyone. • Raise release quality through staging validation, deploy readiness checks, fewer regressions, and clean rollbacks. • Own a meaningful subset of product surfaces end-to-end for web app customer dashboard and onboarding flows (Next.js/React/TypeScript). • Raise release quality through staging validation, deploy readiness checks, fewer regressions, and clean rollbacks specifically for branded React Native mobile apps shipped. • Own a meaningful subset of product surfaces end-to-end related to billing and monetization UX: subscriptions, entitlements, Stripe integration (Stripe Connect), Auth and identity flows including dynamic authentication patterns. • Coordinate dependencies proactively with Paolo and the engineering lead for branded React Native mobile apps shipped. • Own a meaningful subset of product surfaces end-to-end related to automations and internal tooling that reduce manual ops work, specifically within web app customer dashboard and onboarding flows (Next.js/React/TypeScript). • Convert ambiguity into clear execution plans with tradeoffs for branded React Native mobile apps shipped. • Keep work visible through crisp written updates, quick demos, early risk callouts specific to the web app customer dashboard and onboarding flows (Next.js/React/TypeScript). • Drive cross-team coordination so engineering is not a set of silos for branded React Native mobile apps shipped. • Improve staging validation, deploy readiness checks specifically related to billing and monetization UX: subscriptions, entitlements, Stripe integration (Stripe Connect), Auth and identity flows including dynamic authentication patterns for the web app customer dashboard and onboarding flows (Next.js/React/TypeScript). • Reduce regressions and rework by making shipping repeatable and safer specifically related to branded React Native mobile apps, automations, and internal tooling that reduce manual ops work for the web app customer dashboard and onboarding flows (Next.js/React/TypeScript). • Participate in incidents when needed and drive prevention so issues do not repeat specifically related to branded React Native mobile apps shipped. • Help drive path to scalable mobile releases across multiple branded apps, reducing manual release overhead for the web app customer dashboard and onboarding flows (Next
