Paymentology - Sales Development Representative

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential with relevant experience • Experience within fintech, payment processing, or SaaS environments is highly desirable • Familiarity with CRM tools, AI-driven outreach platforms, and email automation software • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally within the fintech, payment processing, or SaaS sectors • Proven track record of successful lead generation, outreach, and client engagement in a B2B environment • Experience in event participation, outbound calling, and active sales pipeline management is an advantage • At Paymentology we value making a difference to the lives of the people who work for us and who live in the communities where we operate.
