Natera - Principal Compensation Analyst

• Deep expertise in compensation program design, salary administration, incentive compensation, and equity programs. • Strong knowledge of compensation regulations, including pay transparency, pay equity, FLSA, and applicable state laws. • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data and provide actionable recommendations. • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and compensation modeling. • Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules required; broader compensation management systems preferred. • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proactive, no-surprises partnership with HR Business Partners, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations. • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. • High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, challenge assumptions, and drive strategic outcomes. • OUR OPPORTUNITY • OUR OPPORTUNITY • Natera™ is a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, dedicated to oncology, women’s health, and organ health.
