Requirements
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes a plus). • Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and modern infrastructure automation tools. • Coding and scripting proficiency (Python, Go, Bash, etc.). • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and distributed systems. • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management best practices. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and ownership are essential.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the platform's infrastructure to ensure its reliability and scalability. • Design new features based on user feedback and business needs while ensuring alignment with company goals. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, designers, QA engineers, customer support representatives, etc., for seamless integration of platform updates or changes. • Monitor the performance of existing features to identify potential improvements and implement necessary enhancements promptly. • Conduct regular code reviews with peers to maintain high coding standards within the team. • Troubleshoot issues reported by users, developers, or other stakeholders in a timely manner for quick resolutions. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to platform development and incorporate them into work as appropriate. • Participate actively in team meetings and standups to provide updates on progress, discuss challenges faced by the team members or seek assistance when needed. • Document code changes meticulously for future reference and ease of maintenance.
