Requirements

Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes a plus).
Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and modern infrastructure automation tools.
Coding and scripting proficiency (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and distributed systems.
Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management best practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and ownership are essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the platform's infrastructure to ensure its reliability and scalability.
Design new features based on user feedback and business needs while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, designers, QA engineers, customer support representatives, etc., for seamless integration of platform updates or changes.
Monitor the performance of existing features to identify potential improvements and implement necessary enhancements promptly.
Conduct regular code reviews with peers to maintain high coding standards within the team.
Troubleshoot issues reported by users, developers, or other stakeholders in a timely manner for quick resolutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to platform development and incorporate them into work as appropriate.
Participate actively in team meetings and standups to provide updates on progress, discuss challenges faced by the team members or seek assistance when needed.
Document code changes meticulously for future reference and ease of maintenance.
