Requirements

  • We're looking for experienced technical program or product managers who can navigate complex technical landscapes while driving results in a fast-paced environment. We seek someone accustomed to working in a hyper-growth, customer obsessed organization.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex software delivery programs from conception through launch and optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully & rapidly delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, product platforms, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving measurable impact.
  • Experience at an operationally-intensive company with complex technical infrastructure
  • Hands-on engineering or technical background (ability to read code, understand system design).
  • Direct experience managing technical programs for international expansion in SaaS, dental, or healthcare technology or similarly complex industries.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to global operations (e.g., GDPR, local payment regulations, etc.).
  • Data analysis skills including SQL, data visualization, and metrics-driven decision making.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Time spent at a venture-backed startup during hypergrowth scaling technical teams and infrastructure.
  • Experience managing programs with hardware/software integration components.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and Drive Technical Programs: Lead the execution and delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs for International Launches.
  • Define Scope and Manage Readiness: Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics; manage end-to-end technical readiness for new market launches across engineering and data teams.
  • Manage Timelines, Dependencies and Risk: Actively manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, risk mitigation, resolve cross-team execution bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain Program Visibility and Alignment: Establish clear communication; develop comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, program timelines for stakeholder information sharing and accountability.
  • Facilitate Technical Decisions: Drive technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure the global platform is scalable, performant, resilient across diverse international landscapes.
  • Resolve Blockers and Mitigate Risk: Actively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, execution bottl0necks before they impact delivery.
