Requirements

Experience with AI/LLM integrations and Generative AI applications
Knowledge of intelligent document processing and NLP techniques
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and search platforms (e.g., OpenSearch, Elasticsearch)
Exposure to agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks for multi-step AI reasoning, and familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain digital lending platforms to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends in borrower behavior and preferences, which will inform product development strategies.
Design user interfaces that are intuitive and accessible for a diverse customer base.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to digital lending practices.
Monitor system performance metrics regularly to ensure optimal operation of the platforms.
Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties or seeking assistance on our products.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices in digital finance, attending relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences when possible.
