4+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture, blockchain development, or partner engineering - ideally in Fintech or Crypto
Ability to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus)
Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical designs
Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable managing multiple integrations at once and working autonomously to keep projects moving
Curiosity and enthusiasm for DeFi and how open financial infrastructure is evolving

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the partnership experience for clients within Aave Labs' ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams across departments such as product development, marketing, sales, customer service, etc., ensuring alignment of goals and seamless integration in client projects.
Identify potential new business opportunities by conducting thorough research on industry trends and competitor analysis to propose innovative solutions that meet clients' evolving needs within the DeFi space.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, regulators, community members, etc., through regular communication channels such as calls, emails, or face-to-face interactions.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients by understanding their specific requirements for integrating Aave's products into existing systems; troubleshoot issues related to system compatibility, security concerns, user experience improvements, etc.; provide training sessions on product usage when necessary.
Monitor the performance of client projects through regular check-ins with project leads and stakeholders; analyze feedback received from clients regarding their satisfaction levels or areas for improvement in order to continuously optimize partnership strategies based on data insights gathered over time (e.g., using analytics tools).
Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored towards target audiences within the DeFi industry, including content creation and distribution across various channels such as social media platforms or webinars; collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing materials that effectively communicate key messages about Aave's products/services.
Participate in networking events related to blockchain technology where appropriate while maintaining professionalism at all times during interactions (e.g., attending conferences or meetups).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends within the DeFi industry by reading relevant publications, research papers/whitepapers authored by thought leaders in this space; attend webinars hosted by experts to gain insights into new developments that could impact client projects or partnership strategies.
Actively seek feedback from clients regarding their experience working with Aave Labs' products and services through surveys, interviews/focus groups conducted periodically throughout the year (e.g., quarterly). Use this information to identify areas where improvements can be made within our offerings or processes; propose actionable solutions based on client input received during these interactions whenever possible without compromising confidentiality agreements signed between Aave Labs and its clients at any point in time throughout the partnership lifecycle.
