Manage a dynamic portfolio of concurrent customer projects—ranging from SMB to enterprise engagements—balancing multiple timelines, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Serve as the primary customer-facing technical point of contact, and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Take end-to-end ownership of project management and delivery for your portfolio of engagements, including: scoping of requirements, assignment of resources, coordination of work across partners and customers
Achieve customer outcomes through managing and driving a portfolio of consulting and delivery partners
Define and document best practices and design patterns for the use of Omni
Partner with Omni’s Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide user feedback, and guide product direction based on your experience with customers and partners.
