Requirements
• At least five years of software development experience with proficiency in Golang, Kotlin, Rust, Java, C++, Python. • Proven crypto/blockchain industry experience and understanding key concepts, market landscape, ecosystem participants. • Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, distributed system design knowledge. • Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, AWS services. • Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical issuance systems that support tokenized assets across multiple blockchains. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, compliance, and infrastructure to define system architecture and technical requirements. • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our issuance services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment. • Optimize existing issuance infrastructure to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve operational efficiency. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain, distributed systems, and financial technology to drive innovation within the team. • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
