Software Development Engineer

• Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for new features and enhancements in existing systems. • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met before release into production environments. • Troubleshoot issues reported by users or found during testing phases of software development projects. • Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end test scripts for automated regression testing suites. • Monitor system performance using tools like New Relic to identify bottlenecks that may impact user experience. • Document codebase with clear comments and maintain up-to-date project documentation including README files, wikis, etc. • Participate in daily standups/scrum meetings for progress updates on current tasks or projects within the team. • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders by answering questions related to software development processes and tools used at BeyondTrust.
