Requirements

• Experience supporting datacentre infrastructure, including servers, network hardware, and storage systems. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues. • Working knowledge of Linux system administration • Familiarity with networking protocols, topologies, and troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs). • Understanding of datacentre cooling, power distribution, and resiliency best practices. • Experience working in large-scale cloud or datacentre environments. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams • If interested, please apply!

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced smart hands support across the clients data centre environments, including complex racking, stacking, structured cabling, hardware lifecycle tasks, and on-site diagnostics. • Independently execute and oversee technical migration, installation, and engineering engagements to a high standard. • Collaborate closely with Consultancy, Project/Programme Management, and customer technical teams to lead onsite execution under defined project structures. • Perform installation, upgrade, remediation, and verification of enterprise compute, network, storage and AI/high-density hardware (NVIDIA, Dell XE/XE9680, Lenovo ThinkSystem, Supermicro GPU servers, Nokia AirFrame/Cloud). • Support documentation creation including LLDs, runbooks, test plans, rack plans, and post-engagement reports. • Execute site surveys, assess infrastructure readiness, and provide technical input into Statements of Work. • Champion safety standards, including correct lifting practices, ESD handling, power safety, and risk identification. • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 coverage for critical infrastructure incidents.
