Kraken - Data Center Operations Engineer EMEA

• 2 + years experience of data centre operations in a highly security focused environment • 2 + years experience working in a large-scale data centre environment • Experience with power, cooling and airflow management of physical devices • Basic knowledge of IP addressing and an understanding of subnets and gateway configuration for out-of-band device management • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to perform well under pressure, high attention to detail • Strong desire / interest in learning new technology • Highly motivated and passionate about data centre engineering and security • Physical labour skill, able to lift more than 25 kgs • This role requires the ability to travel.
