Responsibilities
M&A Execution: Lead the legal lifecycle of ~5 acquisitions/year. Own the SPA, manage local counsel in Europe/NA, and drive deals to close.

Strategic Tax Structuring: Work at the intersection of legal and finance. Use AI to model tax-efficient deal structures (Asset vs. Share) and maintain our global transfer pricing framework between Delaware and our European subsidiaries.
Global People Ops: Oversee compliance for a 400-person workforce (FTEs, Contractors, EOR) across Germany, Austria, France, Finland, Canada, and the US.
