5+ years of experience designing complex SaaS products in cross-functional teams;
Proven ability to own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces from concept through shipped outcomes;
Experience driving new product initiatives, early-stage features, or undefined problem spaces, from idea through iteration in a fast-paced and iterative environment;
Strong experience designing end-to-end workflows and systems, not just isolated screens;
Hands-on experience designing, shipping, or iterating on AI-powered or data-driven product experiences;
Uses AI-assisted prototyping tools as part of their design-tech stack to accelerate strategic;
Experience with Figma Make and Cursor (or equivalent tools) is a must.
Ability to balance speed, craft, and strategic thinking in fast-paced environments;
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing product direction;
High bar for interaction design, edge cases, and overall UX quality.

Responsibilities
Own high-complexity problem spaces end-to-end, from early concept and prototyping through build, launch, and iteration in production;
Shape product vision and influence roadmap direction through strong UX points of view, rapid prototyping, and deep customer insight;
Design AI-powered experiences that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely valuable across diverse customer personas and use cases;
Actively use modern AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to explore ideas, accelerate learning, and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners;
Lead fast, lightweight discovery loops using behavioral signals, scrappy research, and in-product data to inform decisions;
Convert bold ideas into small, testable experiments that generate fast learning, measurable outcomes, and clear next steps;
Partner deeply with PMs, engineers, and data to define scope, constraints, technical feasibility, and success metrics;
Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic foresight, helping guide product direction as the market and technology evolve;
Advocate relentlessly for quality, usability, and clarity across the end-to-end customer journey, including post-launch improvements;
Mentor and support other designers through feedback, collaboration, and role-modeling strong craft, judgment, and design thinking.

You’ll spend time:
Framing opportunities and shaping direction during trio planning and strategy sessions;
Use AI prototyping tools to deliver solutions that address key customer pain points in testable experiments.
Interview customers to empathize and understand their needs & challenges;
Running lean experiments to validate AI-driven ideas and governance workflows;
Execute and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
Collaborating with engineers to ensure feasibility, scalability, and design quality;
Reviewing usage data and customer feedback to guide iteration and trade-offs;
Presenting proposed solutions early and often to drive alignment with teams, and stakeholders
Refining interaction details, edge cases, and system-level patterns;
Documenting decisions clearly to keep teams aligned and moving fast.
