Requirements
• Professional software engineering experience of at least 4+ years • Strong hands-on coding experience in a major programming language such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go, etc. • Experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code • Comfortable working independently with the ability to follow detailed technical guidelines • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
• Use software engineering experience to design coding questions related to job tasks and review AI-generated responses for correctness, efficiency, clarity, and alignment with real-world practices. • Pass a coding assessment as part of the selection process. • Apply once and be considered for project-based work when qualified; this is not guaranteed employment but rather an opportunity to contribute on a flexible basis. • Work independently following detailed technical guidelines, typically 5–20 hours per week depending on active projects' demands.
