Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience; • An Engineer Manager  with strong expertise in React and React Native, along with a solid understanding of related technologies; • React • React Native • Experienced in developing and/or using Design Systems by building quality frontend applications with focus on performance and accessibility; • Experienced by managing engineers and team process to guarantee deliverables; • Capable of architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications; • An effective communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly articulate ideas across cultures and geographies in both Portuguese and English; • A professional with strong desire for learning and self-development, holding a bachelor’s degree in computer science or possessing equivalent professional experience. • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. For this specific role, please note that prior experience in team leadership/ management and with React Native are mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design System team. • Improve other teams' productivity and design consistency. • Design and implement solutions to complex scenarios for scalability, maintainability, performance, and accessibility. • Work closely with Designers and Engineers to define processes on attending demands and guarantee deadlines. • Serve as a focal point in communication with other teams and areas of the company. • Act as a technical reference across the company for design system knowledge. • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
