Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience • Deep proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript • Strong backend engineering background (API design, auth, data integrity, system design) • Strong relational database experience, especially PostgreSQL • Solid understanding of AWS and cloud-native systems • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems • Experience shipping and maintaining real-world production systems • Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution • Experience designing systems from early-stage to scale • Familiarity with ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, etc.) and query optimization • Experience with serverless or event-driven architectures • Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, CDK, etc.)
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the frontend user interface for SuperAnnotate AI tools using React Native technology to ensure a seamless experience across various devices. • Implement backend services with Node.js that handle data processing tasks such as image annotation, labeling workflows, and integration of machine learning models within our toolset. • Collaborate closely with the R&D team in Dhaka for continuous improvement of SuperAnnotate AI tools by providing feedback on user experience issues or technical challenges encountered during usage. • Ensure robust security measures are implemented to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with international standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc., when handling personal information within the toolset. • Conduct regular code reviews and contribute back to open source projects related to SuperAnnotate AI tools for community engagement and knowledge sharing purposes.
