Requirements
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software in a SaaS environment • Familiarity with backend development (Ruby on Rails and Python are pluses, but not required) and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly • Hands-on experience with NLP or LLM-powered features is a plus, especially in domains where accuracy really matters. You bring more than one tool to the table, whether that's NER, ontologies, embeddings, or other approaches that complement LLMs • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in all aspects of the developer role, with a focus on growing into an expert in one or more technical domains • You have experience working with predefined tasks or projects, with the ability to help more senior team members in defining new tasks and actively contributing as an engaged and collaborative team player. • Integrate approved AI tools into daily workflows and critically review AI output for quality, correctness, security, and confidentiality. • If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.
