Requirements
• Strong Python for automation and framework development. • Experience designing test frameworks (architecture, modularity, plugin systems, fixtures, runners). • CI/CD test pipeline experience (GitLab CI) and test reporting (Allure). • Hands-on experience using AI tools for development (code generation, test case generation) and familiarity with deploying or integrating simple AI agents or orchestration platforms.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks (from-scratch and extend existing) for backend and API services. • Build reusable test libraries, reporting, CI/CD test pipelines, and test data management. • Collaborate with dev and QA teams to translate product/feature requirements into automated test strategies and test plans. • Mentor/testability guidance for engineers and support integration of tests into the development lifecycle. • Evaluate and integrate AI tools/agents to accelerate test generation, test maintenance, and code assistance; deploy/operate AI agents where appropriate.
