Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production. • Solid experience operating systems on AWS and/or GCP. • Security-first mindset with experience in key management, access control, and secrets handling. • Experience with monitoring and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar). • Strong scripting skills in Go (preferred), Python, Bash, or similar. • Bonus Points: Background in fintech, trading systems, or Web3 infrastructure; experience supporting high-frequency or low-latency systems; familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, or custody systems; experience scaling distributed systems under real financial risk.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and operate scalable production infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP. • Own deployment architecture and runtime environments for execution nodes and backend services. • Build and maintain secure key management systems for API keys, wallets, and exchange integrations. • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response for mission-critical systems. • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows (GitHub Actions). • Optimize infrastructure for reliability, security, performance, and cost. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers supporting execution, settlement, and recei0pts systems. • Ensure platform stability as the system scales to thousands of autonomous trading agents. • Contribute to infrastructure best practices, automation, and operational documentation.
