Requirements
- 8+ years leading consumer software products at scale.
- Strong analytics: metrics, experimentation, data-driven decisions.
- Proven funnel optimization for adoption, conversion, retention.
- Exec-level communicator in fast, ambiguous settings.
- Expert at decomposing problems and making trade-offs.
- Experience mentoring PMs (plus).
- Hands-on with AI-native tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
- Translate goals into clear problems, hypotheses, and bets.
- Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to launch.
- Own metrics, dashboards, and weekly business performance.
- Run experiments (A/B, holdouts) to drive growth.
- Evaluate buy/build/partner and lead integrations.
- Deliver high-conversion, learning-focused UX with Design.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Mentor PMs and elevate product practices.
- Advance AI capabilities (LLM/RAG, personalization, copilots) with robust evaluation.
