Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Art Director;
Experience working with high-end brand visual content: product shoots, lifestyle, beauty / product photography, campaign visuals;
Hands-on experience with AI tools for visual content creation;
Strong ability to work with concepts, references, and visual directions;
Experience creating or participating in brand campaigns / photo shoots;
Systematic thinking and the ability to build scalable creative solutions;
Independence and readiness to take full responsibility for results.

Building and developing the brand direction within the product;
Creating visual packaging for users’ products, goods, and services: from idea to final execution;
Selecting and curating references that meet high visual standards for Instagram and paid creatives;
Ensuring a consistent visual quality across all formats and channels;
Close cross-functional collaboration with the team, including AI Content Creators and AI Prompt Engineers;
Adapting creative solutions for scalable implementation within the product.
