Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript technologies. • Strong proficiency in React Native, React JS, and Node JS. • Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern development tooling. • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and API design principles. • Solid understanding of state management libraries (Redux, MobX). • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows. • Knowledge of mobile app publishing for App Store and Google Play. • Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Good understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth, etc.). • Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code. • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP. • Experience with backend frameworks like NestJS or database ORMs like Prisma, Sequelize, or Mongoose. • Mobile testing with tools like Jest. • Experience with mobile performance profiling and optimization. • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). • Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software • High-speed internet connection • Keyboard, mouse, working webcam, and headset with a microphone • Primary 24” monitor (with an additional 24” monitor preferred)
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS/Android platforms using Swift/Kotlin/Java. • Implement full-stack solutions with a focus on frontend frameworks like React Native or Flutter and backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements for mobile apps/websites. • Design responsive UIs that provide an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices (from smartphones to desktop computers). • Optimize app performance by profiling, debugging, and testing on various hardware configurations using tools like Xcode Instruments or Android Profiler. • Ensure the security integrity of applications through secure coding practices, regular code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and compliance with industry standards such as OWASP Top 10. • Implement caching mechanisms to improve app speed and reduce server load by storing frequently accessed data locally on devices or in a distributed cache system like Redis/Memcached. • Integrate third-party APIs for authentication, payment processing, social media sharing, push notifications, etc., ensuring seamless user experience while maintaining security best practices. • Monitor and troubleshoot issues reported by users through crash reports or feedback channels using tools like Firebase Crashlytics/Sentry to identify root causes quickly and implement fixes in subsequent updates. • Write clean, well-documented code with proper naming conventions that is easy for other developers on the team to understand and maintain. • Participate actively in sprint planning meetings as a representative of the development team by providing estimates, discussing technical challenges or dependencies, suggesting solutions based on experience, etc. • Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to mobile/full-stack development such as progressive web apps (PWAs), serverless architectures like AWS Lambda, containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines tools like Jenkins or GitLabCI, cloud services providers like Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including product managers, designers, QA engineers, UX specialists to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and user needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
