Preference for candidates with a 10–12 hour time difference from Ghana, to support global coverage and extended collaboration windows.

Responsibilities
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and drive engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published social content (images, videos, written posts) across platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.).
Monitor, listen, and respond to the community in a timely manner.
Analyze metrics to optimize content and engagement, reporting regularly on performance and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign launches, announcements, and partnership promotions.
Identify and engage with key audiences, influencers, and partners within the Web3 and AI ecosystems.
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools in Web3 and AI.
