Requirements

Responsibilities
• Act as a DevOps evangelist, embedding DevOps principles across engineering teams • Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Partner with engineering leadership to align infrastructure and delivery practices with business goals • Define and execute the DevOps and cloud roadmap • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP, with openness to Azure) • Ensure environments are secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized • Optimize the full infrastructure, with a focus on modernizing, hardening security and enhancing monitoring. • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure reproducible and auditable environments • Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, application delivery, and operational tasks • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance • Define and enforce security best practices across the development lifecycle • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements
