Responsibilities
• Build the "Golden Path": Design and maintain internal developer tools and self-service portals that abstract away the complexity of AWS, allowing developers to provision resources independently. • Build the "Golden Path": • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Leadership: Lead the transition toward modular, reusable IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) modules that other teams can consume as a service. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Leadership: • CI/CD Evolution: Architect robust, high-speed delivery pipelines that integrate automated security scanning, testing, and blue/green deployment patterns. • CI/CD Evolution: • Standardization & Governance: Define and enforce organization-wide standards for logging, secrets management, and networking to ensure a consistent environment across all microservices. • Standardization & Governance: • System Observability: Build the "observability-as-a-service" layer, ensuring every new service is automatically instrumented with the right dashboards and alerting thresholds. • System Observability: • Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as a consultant to product engineering teams, helping them optimize their service architecture for the platform. • Cross-Functional Enablement:
