Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of experience in active development, and implementation of integrations on Mulesoft/Workato/Boomi. • Proven experience with EDI standards (such as ANSI X12 or EDIFACT) and a strong understanding of common transaction sets. • Experience using EDI connectors and mapping tools within modern middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft Anypoint B2B with CloudHub 2.0, Boomi EDI) to parse, translate, and generate EDI documents. • Customer experience implementing OAuth, SAML, Single Sign On. • Ability to build productive client relationships, identify and develop opportunities for new business and new service offerings • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (such as GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, AWS DevOps) specifically tailored for middleware and API deployments. • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools • Experience with monitoring and logging platforms (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or ELK stack) to troubleshoot complex integration issues. • Experience with monitoring and logging platforms • Experience with Enterprise Integration Design Patterns and designing APIs • Mulesoft Platform Architect or Mulesoft Integration Architect certification is preferred or similar certifications. • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on enterprise SaaS or other public cloud vendors. • Experience using Agile SCRUM
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business and product teams and our customers to understand our customers’ business challenges and help them leverage the connection between our data-rich platform and their systems to increase their competitiveness in the marketplace • Building custom integration solutions for our customers’ use cases using Java and the Mulesoft or Workato, Boomi, or similar middleware platform. • Design, build, and maintain B2B EDI integrations, mapping traditional EDI formats to modern APIs, JSON, or XML, and vice versa. • B2B EDI integrations • EDI formats to modern APIs, JSON, or XML, and vice versa. • Lead the technical onboarding of trading partners, configuring and testing secure communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VANs) to ensure seamless and compliant data exchange. • Lead the technical onboarding of trading partners • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers' IT departments to help them realize the value Motive’s platform provides to their organization • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the internal Motive stakeholders in sales, marketing, customer success, and R&D departments
