• Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of leading medium-to-large projects involving multiple engineers. • Full-Stack Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive projects across the full stack (backend services, data persistence, and modern frontend frameworks like React/TypeScript). Comfortable with translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code. • Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred), and relational databases (Postgres). • Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, including experience with pair programming and translating complex technical concepts for product stakeholders. • Values Alignment: A commitment to continuous learning, perseverance in solving complex problems, strong ownership of outcomes, and excellent collaboration skills, all within an inclusive engineering culture rooted in psychological safety. • Healthcare Domain: Experience working with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7v2, or X12, or building integrations with EHR systems. • Technical Breadth: We value engineers who can move across the stack and adapt quickly.
