Responsibilities
• Build, test, and ship full-stack features across GovWell’s platform — from intuitive resident-facing interfaces to scalable backend services that power government workflows. • Collaborate closely with the teammates to translate customer needs into usable, high-impact product functionality. • Take ownership of product areas end-to-end, ensuring features are reliable, maintainable, and performant in real-world government environments. • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and best practices that strengthen the team’s engineering culture and velocity. • Use customer feedback and product data to iterate quickly, improving both resident experiences and government efficiency.
