Requirements
• Experience leading AI or data science projects in production environments • Strong understanding of machine learning, LLMs, or agentic systems • Experience deploying scalable AI solutions • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience in national security, supply chain, or operational analytics domains is a plus. • This role offers the opportunity to deploy AI-driven systems that directly support strategic decision-making across defense and national security organizations.
Responsibilities
• Develop AI/ML systems to address complex operational challenges • Lead end-to-end execution of AI projects from concept through deployment • Design scalable AI platforms and evaluation systems • Translate high-level requirements into technical implementation plans • Integrate AI capabilities into customer workflows and infrastructure • Collaborate across AI research, data engineering, and software teams • Monitor system performance and improve reliability over time • Mentor team members and promote best practices
