Responsibilities
• Drive and coordinate implementation process improvements across the Services organization. • Work across Lumin departments and partners to identify systemic issues impacting delivery. • Track, manage, and drive follow-through on improvement initiatives identified through various feedback mechanisms. • Apply approved process, tooling, and delivery improvements to in-flight projects for better consistency and efficiency. • Maintain and evolve standard implementation artifacts like project templates and timelines. • Support coordination of cross-functional activities related to implementations without owning day-to-day deliveries. • Provide regular updates on improvement initiatives, systemic issues, and progress against follow-up items to Services leadership and delivery teams. • Own the socialization of client implementation survey results with internal stakeholders for clear communication of learnings. • Document, track, and drive accountability in following up on identified Service-related improvement opportunities. • Identify patterns and trends across Lumin's implementation portfolios to partner with cross-functional teams for corrective actions. • Serve as a point of escalation for Services department process- and delivery-related issues requiring coordination among different owners, ensuring they are surfaced and routed appropriately.
