Engineering Manager, Platform Services

• Proven Leadership: 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a direct people management role. • Modern SaaS Experience: Experience building scalable, customer-facing SaaS products using modern technologies (we use Python/Django, TypeScript/React, AWS, and Kubernetes). • AI & ML: Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases (Databricks/pgVector), and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Google ADK, or similar) • Architectural Acumen: Strong experience with software design principles and patterns.
