Requirements
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience, with a bonus for experience in large-scale, safety-critical systems. • Smart contract and blockchain development is beneficial but not mandatory. For those without blockchain experience, we like to see backend engineering experience and an understanding of low-level programming languages (such as Rust or C++). • A zest for fast-paced, startup-like environments, adapting swiftly to the ever-changing DeFi market. • Keenness to learn or experience with Rust, Solidity, Python, and Typescript. • Exceptional technical communication skills for diverse interactions within and outside the team. • Ability to nurture engineers of varying skill levels.
Responsibilities
