Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise physical access control systems • Demonstrated experience with PACS platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, S2, C•CURE) • Strong knowledge of security principles, access control hardware, and integration capabilities • Experience developing security policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements • Proficiency with identity management systems and access governance frameworks • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance • Flexibility in schedule management, prioritization of tasks, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities • Professional certifications such as PSP, CPP, CSPM, etc. • Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale security system implementations • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and making sound decisions in emergency situations • Experience with cloud-based access control solutions and mobile credentials • Experience in defense, aerospace, or other secured facilities • Knowledge of NISPOM, and other relevant security regulations • Familiarity with biometric authentication systems • Understanding of IT security principles and identity management
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement access control policies, procedures, and technical solutions across Anduril's growing facility footprint • Develop governance framework that enables the day-to-day operations of all access control systems including badge management, hard key management, vehicle tracking, visitor management, etc • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new access control technologies to address evolving security requirements • Establish scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding to ensure appropriate access rights management • Collaborate with IT, Facilities, HR, and Security teams to ensure cohesive implementation of access control protocols • Monitor compliance with security policies and identify/remediate vulnerabilities or violations • Create and maintain documentation for all access control systems and processes • Develop and deliver security awareness training related to physical access control • Perform regular audits of access control systems and user permissions • Support incident response for security breaches related to access control • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
Benefits
• $129,000 - $171,000 USD • The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
