Requirements

  • Relevant HR / Business Management degree
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with dynamic fast changing work environments
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic personality

  • Engaging, professional, and diplomatic demeanour

  • Please note: This role is only open to penultimate year students at University.

Responsibilities

  • Draft HR related documentation
  • Lead on the onboarding and off-boarding process for all regions
  • Ensure employee data in the HRIS System is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Support payroll function, liaising with external resources as needed
  • Assist managers with Vacancy Request Forms (VRF), job descriptions, and postings
  • Source and interview candidates for job vacancies, assisting throughout the selection process
  • Track probation periods and long service documentation
  • Identify development needs in conjunction with line managers, source solutions, organize training by external consultants where appropriate
  • Contribute to HR department’s ongoing and special projects both globally and within the UK
  • Assist in developing, implementing, communicating, maintaining human resources policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records with relevant information included at all times
  • Administer global benefit policies and documentation related thereto
  • Track sickness absence updates for HR team sharing
  • Support processing Purchase Orders specifically for the HR team
  • Assist in maintaining Organizational Charts for business units
  • Provide assistance to HR Business Partners with Annual Performance Reviews
