Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and admin applications at scale for customer operations, finance, compliance, and client services. • Own and evolve the company's internal admin portal as it grows with an increasing customer base and operational complexity. • Build full-stack internal applications using low-code/no-code platforms like Retool or Appsmith while integrating these systems with APIs, databases, and third-party services. • Work closely with operations, support, finance, and product teams to transform business processes into reliable, user-friendly tools for non-technical team members. • Enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and accuracy through thoughtful UX design and automation efforts. • Collaborate with backend and platform engineers on ensuring internal tools are secure, scalable, and in sync with the company's core systems. • Participate in planning and prioritization of internal tooling to support business needs effectively.
