Requirements
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics. • Expertise in clinical informatics and experience managing diverse IT projects • Experience with and demonstrate understanding of SAFe®’s Lean Agile principles and practices. • Experience leading high-performing Agile teams to drive value and sustain organization change. • Experience in full systems develop life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices • Proficiency in project management software. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.) • Experience with VA/VHA. • Experience working with government/civilian agencies or in the health care industry. • Eligibility: • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of products and projects focused on informatics • Identify and mitigate risks to portfolio • Develop and manage project plans, budget, schedules and deliverables across multiple teams. • Consistently implement SAFe® principles and practices across portfolio • Receive feedback from client and adjust operations and delivery to meet expectations • Collaborate with informatics leaders and high-performing Agile teams to drive value and sustain organization change and operational excellence. • Leads a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. • Responsible for managing financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables. • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. • Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development. • Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and management. • Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
