• Experience with software development life cycle, process re-engineering, and RPA technologies. • Exposure to or interest in AI-powered automation and agentic workflows, particularly in applying AI within enterprise processes. • Practical experience or familiarity with prompt engineering and guiding AI behavior in real-world use cases. • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills; ability to explain automation solutions that include AI components to both technical and business audiences. • Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and design solutions that combine automation with intelligent decision-making. • Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for managing, scheduling, and monitoring automations. • Exposure to UiPath Agents and agentic automation concepts. • Understanding of human-in-the-loop design for enterprise workflows. • Ability to design automations with AI guardrails and fallback logic. • Judgment to determine when a process should use rules-based automation versus AI/agentic decisioning. • Cross-functional business and application knowledge. • Proficiency in Python and object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languages. • Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management. • Experience working with or exposure to document processing solutions (e.g., UiPath Document Understanding / IXP) is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), including the ability to prepare both high-level and detailed technical presentations. • Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
